By submitting a deposit or payment, the traveler acknowledges and agrees to the following:
Reservation & Payments: Reservations are confirmed only after the required deposit is received. All payments must be made by the stated deadlines. Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation and loss of funds.
Final Payment: Final payment is due by the deadline shown on the traveler's invoice. After final payment, cancellation penalties may apply.
Cancellations & Refunds: All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds are subject to the cancellation policies of the resort, tour operator, airline, and/or other travel suppliers. Any applicable agency/service fees are non-refundable. Refunds are not issued until funds are received from the applicable supplier.
Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against eligible trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, travel delays, baggage loss, and other covered circumstances. Travelers are responsible for reviewing their policy and coverage.
Travel Documents: Travelers are responsible for having valid passports and all required travel documents, entry requirements, and visas. Travels by Gina is not responsible for denied boarding or entry resulting from improper or missing documentation.
Changes: Changes to names, dates, occupancy, or travel arrangements are subject to availability and may result in supplier penalties, fare differences, and/or agency fees.
Supplier Policies: Travelers are also subject to all terms and conditions established by travel suppliers. Resort amenities, activities, restaurants, schedules, and services are subject to change.
Travel Disruptions: Travels by Gina is not responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, weather, natural disasters, government actions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Additional expenses resulting from such events are the traveler's responsibility unless covered by a travel supplier or insurance policy.
Agency Role: Travels by Gina acts as a travel advisor and intermediary and does not own or operate the resort, airlines, transportation, excursions, or other third-party suppliers. Travelers are responsible for complying with supplier policies and applicable laws.
Acceptance: Payment toward this trip constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
